How to Make a Reservation
Domestic Attendees
Kindly visit the official website on your desktop or a laptop, using the ‘Go to Reservation’ link below to book your room.

- Go to ‘Room Reservation (객실예약)’ and select ‘Package Reservation (패키지예약)’.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find group reservation for the PICOSRC 2023 (평창 국제 올림픽 연구센터 컨퍼런스). - Enter the secret code ‘1288574’ to enjoy the preferential rates for the PICOSRC 2023 attendees.
- Select the room types and choose your preferred dates of check in and check out.
- Fill in the guest information and complete payment on the website. Please carefully read the cancellation policy before proceeding to payment.

Please download the reservation form from the link below and return the completed form to the PICOSRC 2023 Secretariat at picosrc2023@gmail.com by no later than Friday, November 10, 2023.
