The PICOSRC 2023 Organizing Committee invites all interested participants to submit abstracts for Oral Presentations through which the most updated studies and research results and interesting cases around the world can be shared.
Abstract submissions should be made via e-mail at picosrc2023@gmail.com by no later than August 29, 2023.
The PICOSRC 2023 will be joined by over 20 global Olympic Studies and Research Centres in Pyeongchang, Korea.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
The camera-ready paper must be submitted via email at picosrc2023@gmail.com. Papers submitted in any other way will not be considered nor be accepted in any way.
- The abstract will only be considered if they are submitted in accordance with the requested data format.
- Abstracts should be typed in English, and the submitter is responsible for verifying typing errors.
- Authors have to classify their papers into the given topics; two topics can be selected in order of priority.
- Authors should indicate their preference for oral presentation or poster presentation. However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.
- Abstracts should be 150 words or less in length.
- Tables and figures are not permitted.
- An acknowledgement of the receipt of your abstract submission will be sent to the submitter by e-mail within three working days.
- Authors will be informed of the acceptance of their abstracts by September 13, 2023.
- All presentations must be made in-person except for inevitable cases acknowledged by the Scientific Committee in advance.

- Papers should be 3,000 words or less in length.
