Oral Presenters’ Guide
Presentation Materials Guidelines
- Each presenter will have 15 minutes to present, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
- The conference has arranged for PC laptops equipped with Windows 10, 64-Bit, MS-Office 2019, and Adobe Reader X11. PowerPoint and Portable Document Format (pdf) are the accepted presentation formats. We strongly encourage the slides to be in 16:9 ratio (as opposed to 4:3).
- If your presentation materials have any embedded videos, please specify when sending us the presentation materials.
- Please submit the presentation materials by Wednesday, November 15, 2023 to picosrc2023@gmail.com.

Poster Guidelines
- Each presenter must prepare a poster in A0 size in portrait (vertical) format.
- Please make sure to use the poster template as below.
- Each presenter should return the completed poster to the Secretariat by Monday, November 20, 2023 to picosrc2023@gmail.com and we will print the poster on your behalf.
